PURPOSE: To provide a device which is composed of specified configuration, extremely simplifies internal structure, can improve sanitary by easily performing periodical cleaning, further, can improve the heat efficiency of plant and moreover changes the dwell time of product. CONSTITUTION: First of all, a mold 7 storing a chocolate made or the like is supplied onto a platform 14 of chilling cabinet 1 and the platform 14 is moved upward later by carry-up means 10 and 11 provided at the back of cabinet inlet 6 to that the metal die 7 can be loaded on a holder 21. Next, the metal die moving to the upside (f) is piled up to the position of carrier 27 by the device 21 and afterwards, the mold on the top column is horizontally moved to the column of top mold in a mold group moving to the downside (g) by the carrier 27. Continuously, the bottom column of mold among the lowering molds is placed onto a platform 15 by a moving device 12 and the platform 15 is moved down by lowering means 11 and 13 later so that the mold can be moved to a screw 5 and sent out of a chamber 3.
