<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent heat resistance, transparency, formability for pattern, solvent resistance and storage stability by incorporating at least one kind of acid selected from monobasic acids, polybasic acids and polybasic acid anhydrides. CONSTITUTION:This heat-resistant color paste for a color filter consists of a polyimide precursor, solvent and pigment,and contains at least one kind of acid selected from monobasic acids, polybasic acids and polybasic acid anhydrides. The acid selected from monobasic acids, polybasic acids and polybasic acid anhydrides is such acid or acid anhydride having carboxyl groups, while the acid component of the polyimide precursor during polymn. is acid dianhydrides. This acid may be added in or prior to the step of dispersing the pigment in the polyimide precursor and solvent. Further, besides the polyimide precursor, solvent, acid and pigment, if necessary, a surfactant, adhesion improving agent or the like may be added in a small amt.</p> |
