PURPOSE:To provide an oil supplying means for an oil application roller which enables oil supply for preventing offset stably for a long time. CONSTITUTION:An oil holding cylinder is fixed to a driving shaft 2 by means of a circular fixing means 3. A felt 4 made of alamide heat resistant fiber is wound around an outer peripheral surface of the oil holding cylinder 1 as a surface layer of an oil application roller. Silicone oil is sealed in a space 5 surrounded by the oil holding cylinder 1, the driving shaft 2 and the fixing means 3.
