IMPEDANCE DETECTOR ESPECIALLY FOR OPERATING RADIOSONDE AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING DETECTOR

PURPOSE: To improve an impedance detector, especially the structure and manufacturing process of a humidity detector, enhance the detecting speed and precision and make a manufacturing process efficient. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing process, vacuum evaporation is applied to a continuous core filament 10 of insulating material in the state that two conductive bottom electrodes 11 are spaced each other at a mutually axial distance. The resulting continuous core filament 10 is coated with material 12 which is active on impedance measurement. The continuous core filament 10 is coated with conductive surface electrodes 13 which are at least opposed to a gap between the bottom electrodes 11 and partially faced to the bottom electrodes 11. The continuous core filament 10 is cut in short length to make an impedance detector.
