PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system capable of optimally setting a period when filter output is not used for frequency analysis. CONSTITUTION:This ultrasonic diagnostic system has a transmitting-receiving means to gather a received signal by repeating transmission and reception of an ultrasonic wave in a constant period in the same direction to an optional diagnostic part of an examinee, an extracting means to extract a Doppler signal contained in the received signal, an MTI filter 13 to remove a clutter component from the Doppler signal and a frequency analyzing part 15 to supply an output signal outputted after an operation initial period passes from the MTI filter 13 to frequency analysis, and has a means to calculate average speed, dispersion and power of a bloodstream according to a frequency analysis result, a means to display the average speed, the dispersion and the power together with a tomographic image and a unit inside control part 17 to change the operation initial period according to the number of repeating times of the transmission and reception of the ultrasonic wave. |
