PURPOSE:To dispense with any complex control by letting a swing arm naturally follow in the displacement of a release line position at the supplying reel of a wire at the time of delivery of this wire. CONSTITUTION:When a wire 2 is supplied, an actuator 6 is set up in a state of being unexcited, and simultaneously a clutch 15 cuts off any transmission of driving force of the actuator 6 to a swing shaft 3, making a swing arm 7 set free around this swing shaft 3. With this, any restraint against the swing arm 7 is released. Consequently, the swing arm 7 comes free. In this state intact, a reel 4 is driven in the delivery direction of the wire 2 by the driving means 6. At this time, with the movement of a release line position of the wire 2, the swing arm 7 is automatically followed in the movement of this release line position of the wire 2 on a peripheral surface of the reel 4 by dint of torque in the rocking direction to be produced in a groove part of a first roller 8. |
