A rotary raking head, for a haymaking machine, of the kind having peripheral tines and being rotatable about a substantially horizontal axis, comprises a hub 11 to which are secured radial arms 9 the outer ends of which each carry tines 10 which are mounted on pivoted members 28 movable between an operative position, in which the tines extend radially outwardly, and a parked position in which the tines extend inwardly. When the tines are in the latter position their place may be taken by a detachable rim 17 fitted with tines 18, the rim having rubber-filled bushes 24 which resiliently receive the ends of wire supports 22. Each support is formed with an eyelet 26 in its centre into which is hooked the end 29 of a member 28 carrying the parked tine, the parts of the support 22 adjacent to the eyelet being received in a rubber-line socket 27 on the end of the arm. When the tines 10 are in their operative position the hooked end 29 of each tine-carrying member 28 is locked behind a spring-loaded latch 33 on the arm 9.
