PURPOSE:To obtain an alcohol-containing drink by fermenting haw juice with a yeast, thereby making the haw juice having strong acid taste to be easily drinkable. CONSTITUTION:Haw juice is fermented with a yeast. The yeast is e.g. beer yeast, rice wine yeast, wine yeast, baker's yeast, etc., and alcohol-containing drinks having various tastes and flavors can be produced by selecting the kind of the yeast. |
