<p>PURPOSE:To improve the impact resistance of guts to be used for rackets of tennis and badminton by imparting flexibility to this gut while maintaining the low elongation and high strength of the gut. CONSTITUTION:Several pieces of monmofilaments of nylon 6 are wound as side yarn 2 around core yarn 1 consisting of multifilaments 1a of aramid fibers. The yarn are then fixed by an adhesive. Several pieces of monofilaments 3c of nylon 6 and several pieces of stretch-broken textile yarn 3b of aramid fibers are wound as side yarn 3 on the outer periphery of the core yarn 1 and the side yarn 2 and are fixed by the adhesive. A synthetic resin coating layer 5 is formed on the outermost layer.</p> |
