PURPOSE:To realize a foamed sheet producing apparatus preventing the adhesion of the roll or belt of a tentering device. CONSTITUTION:In a foamed sheet producing apparatus laterally extending a foamed sheet 17 through a pair of left and right tentering units 10 having a pair of rolls 11, 12 heating a thermally foamable thermoplastic resin sheet to foam the same and capable of holding a foamed sheet 17 before the foamed sheet is solidified to take up the same, at least the surfaces coming into contact with the foamed sheet of the rolls 11, 12 of the tentering units 10 are constituted of a thermoplastic resin, fluoroplastic or a silicone resin 21 hard to wet with respect to the foamed sheet 17. |
