PURPOSE:To provide a heat cutting method that heightens the extent of shearing force, and to make improvements in the separation performance of a deposition cutting part as well as to perform a job for heat cutting with certainty. CONSTITUTION:A cutting blade and a base both are shifted to a cutting position, adding cutting force and heat on condition equal to both sides of a film, and in time of a heat cut termination, the cutting blade 19a is shifted in the more retreative direction of the base than the cutting position, and then the cutting blade 19a and the base 19b are made so as to return to the initial position. In addition, the cutting position is set to a center in the thickness direction of a nonseal. A heat cutter 19 is attached tight to a holder 191 clamped with the cutting blade 19a, another holder 192 clamped with the base 19b, two cam followers 193, 194, and an end of a common turning shaft, and it has a cam getting these cam followers 193 and 194 contacted, a turning shaft motor, and a motor control part, and in this constitution, a cam form is designed so as to make the cutting blade 19a shift in the retreative direction of the base 19b in time of the heat cut termination after pressing the cutting blade 19a and the base 19b while the cam is rotated one turn at a position nearer to the cutting blade side from the conveying surface. |
