PURPOSE:To prevent a hollow member from moving and being damaged by fitting a hollow member into a recession provided in the cavity space of a mold, mounting a planar body into the mold, and then injecting resin material into the cavity space so as to put the hollow member and resin frame body together. CONSTITUTION:The mold 2 is constituted of an upper mold 21 and lower mold 22, and the peripheral part of the lower mold 21 is mounted on a planar body 1, where the planar body is held by the upper mold 22 in order that a cavity space 10 is defined by the inner wall of a mold 2 and the peripheral part of the planar body 1. In this instance, a space member 3 is fitted in a recession 23 provided on the outer peripheral side within the cavity space of the mold 2 together with the planar body 1. Next, resin for the material of a frame body is injected and then solidified from the spool of the mold 2 into the cavity space 10, after which the planar body 1 is removed from the mold 2 so as to integrally form a frame mold on the peripheral part of the planar body 1. As a result, a planar body can be obtained with an excellent appearance. |
