摘要 PURPOSE:To improve vehicle performance in its a open state by controlling a vehicle function regulation means so as to control an open car by a control means for making the vehicle performance approach to that when the top is pulled up, in the case of judging it as an open state based on signals of an open state detection means. CONSTITUTION:A control unit U is provided with an open sensor 7 for detecting whether an open car is in an open state with a top dot, a steering angle sensor 8, a yaw rate sensor 9, and speed sensor 10. In an open state, rear wheel steering is performed with a larger rear wheel steering angle in the direction of suppressing change in yaw angle and continues it till the yaw angle becomes stable. In an open state, the vehicle front part tends to be relatively floating by rolling-up air flow, while, in turning, it tends to be understeering. During turning in high speed, the rear wheel 5 is steered toward reverse phase than the case of closed time. Therefore, even if the car front part tends to be floating, it is corrected to the oversteering side in turning so that having response may be improved.
