PURPOSE:To provide a method for treating athlete's foot, relatively readily usable even at home and having great therapeutic effects and an apparatus for treating the athlete's foot. CONSTITUTION:This method for treating athlete's foot comprises immersing a foot in ozonic water stored in a container 1 and carrying out the treatment of the athlete's foot. A granular ceramic catalyst layer is formed in the ozonic water and the foot is immersed near the ceramic catalyst layer. Furthermore, a layer of granular antimicrobial ceramics 7 is formed in the ozonic water and the foot is immersed near the layer of the antimicrobial ceramics. Furthermore, a peroxide such as hydrogen peroxide is added to the ozonic water or an acidic electrolytic water is further added to the ozonic water. |
