PURPOSE:To obtain food product which has high protein utilization efficiency, high retention of ingested protein in the living bodies, as it keeps the palatability inherent in milk, and is suitably useful as an enteral nutrition supplement in a morbid state where the nutritious improvement is required, or as a food for good growth of school boys and girls or as a food for strong motions such as sports which require prompt nutrition supplement. CONSTITUTION:The food product contains more than 50wt.% of beta-casein based on the total protein in the product. In the product, the amount of protein is more than 20wt.% on the solid basis in the total weight. |
