PURPOSE:To correct distribution of the amt. of passing of a fluid passing through a fixed layer or a movable layer to an arbitrary one. CONSTITUTION:A control space 14 which is shutted on pressure from the surrounding and has a space ratio being different from the surrounding and is allowed to communicate with an inlet 10 of a fluid into layers 7a-7c is partly provided in the layers 7a-7c. Therefore, the fluid passes through the control space 14 and the other space each with a different speed.
