<p>PURPOSE:To detect and correct the position deviation between an imaging part and an object for image pickup. CONSTITUTION:Light is cast on an object for image pickup with an irradiation part 2. The reflected light is condensed with an image forming part 3. The image formed by the condensation of the i,; light is read with an imaging part 4. In this imaging apparatus, a light receiving part 5 is arranged around the imaging part 4. The position deviation of the image, which is formed at the position deviated from the imaging part, is detected. A moving means 6 moves the relative position of the imaging part 4 and the object for image pickup 8 by the amount of the position deviation when the light receiving part 5 has detected the position deviation, and the position deviation is corrected.</p> |
