<p>PURPOSE:To produce a laminated sheet easily put to practical use and changing in the degree of crystalline orientation in its plane direction. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 composed of a thin metal panel is heated to bondable temp. by heating roll groups 4,4... and subsequently partially heated to temp. capable of further lowering the degree of crystalline orientation by a final heating roll 5 wherein recessed parts 6 are provided to the surface of a roller shell and a thermoplastic resin film 2 having crystal orientation properties is superposed on at least the single surface of the substrate 1 and both of them are bonded under pressure by laminating rolls 7,7 to produce a laminated sheet 8. The parts corresponding to the recessed parts of the substrate 1 are not raised in temp. and the parts of the resin film 2 bonded to those parts are not lowered in the degree of crystalline orientation. Therefore, parts high in the degree of crystalline orientation and parts low in the degree of crystalline orientation can be partially provided to the laminated sheet. Since the surface temp. of the final heating roll 5 may be made uniform, temp. control is simple and the recessed parts 6 may be additionally formed to the final heating roll of a conventional manufacturing apparatus.</p> |
