<p>PURPOSE:To increase the spraying flow rate of one spray nozzle without increasing the spraying flow rate of each spraying outlet while the sprayed particle size being kept fine. CONSTITUTION:One nozzle chip 14 is so installed in the tip part of a double tube composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which compose a supplying flow route 15 and a discharging flow route 16 as to close the cylinders, a plurality of whirling chambers 22 in which spraying outlets 23 are formed at the tip parts are composed at prescribed angles one another, spraying side orifices 24 to communicate each whirling chamber with the supplying flow route 15 and returning side orifices 20 to communicate each whirling chamber and the discharging flow route 16 are formed, and spraying is carried out through a plurality of the spraying outlets formed in one nozzle chip. The spraying side orifices 24 are communicated with one flow-in route and the surface area of the cross-section of the flow-in route is made wide. The spraying side orifices 24 are also allowed communicate to with respective whirling chambers in the tangential line direction.</p> |
