PURPOSE:To provide a method for injection molding by which a thinner-wall and a more complicated form of a molding can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:This method for injection molding is to use a material composed of a composition of an organic binder composed of a resin component and a wax component of which detaily are shown below and carry out the injection molding at a temperature of a ceramic compound within the range of 130-180 deg.C and a temperature of a forming metallic mold within the range of 20-40 deg.C. The organic binder contains the resin component in an amount of 35-70vol.% (based on 100vol.% total amount of the organic binder) and the wax component in an amount of 65-30vol.% (based on 100vol.% total amount of the organic binder) and the wax component contains a microcrystalline wax of 5-35vol.%, paraffin wax of 15-40vol.% and stearic acid of 0-20vol.%, based on 100vol.% total amount of the organic binder, respectively. |
