VIDEO PICTURE SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING SLICE OF FISH

PURPOSE: To provide the system capable of minimizing the loss of adible part in the case of filleting a fish into adible part and unadible part by holding the fillet of fish inside a photographic area through a holder so as to settle the picture of the filler of fish within the photographic area of video camera. CONSTITUTION: Cylindrical shrouds 14 and 15 to be called a photographing studio are held by a frame 11 and video cameras 48 and 49 are installed at bores 16 and 17. Back screens 29 and 30 are installed at a gap 20 between the shrouds and located at the back of fillet 25. The fillet is held in the photographic area of video cameras by a holder 21 drooped from the upside. Pictures 26 and 27 showing the cutting faces of fillet are hung down orthogonally with the glances of video cameras. The fillet is irradiated with light beams from light sources 52-55 and concave reflectors 44 and 45.
