HEAT-COOKING OF PACKED FOOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To surely produce a high-quality packed food in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A food to be cooked and a prescribed amount of water are filled.in a tray or a packaging bag, the opening of the tray or bag is sealed, a leakage hole is opened and the tray or packaging bag is heated to effect the water-absorption of the cooking food in the tray, etc. The content is cooked by heating at a high temperature with a mixture of hot aseptic air and steam heated at >100 deg.C and is steamed by drying and removing the steam under an aseptic air-purging condition to complete the heat-cooking of the food in the tray or the packaging bag.
