<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability, impact resistance, etc., and to lessen deformation by temp. by forming molds for curing the molding sand packed therein by heating with irradiation with microwaves of a sulfide sulfone resin material and providing these molds with vent holes. CONSTITUTION:The upper mold 10 and the lower mold 11 are formed of a poly-phenylene sulfide PPM which is the sulfide sulfone resin. The upper mold 10 and the lower mold 11 are provided with the plural vent holes 12 and rings 13 having air permeability are arranged in the respective vent holes 12 in order to prohibit leakage of sand from the inner side. A packing port 15 for blowing the molding sand 14 is formed. The molds 10, 11 are subjected to irradiation with the microwaves. The vent holes 12 facilitate sepn. of the casting mold of the upper mol 10 and the lower mold 11 after curing by heating with the microwaves. As a result, the workability, impact resistance, mold parting property and wear resistance are improved.</p> |
