摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the measuring method, of a component recognition camera scale ratio and an angle of rotation, which eliminates an artifical mistake and an individual difference and which is precise. CONSTITUTION:A recognition jig 1 which has been sucked to a suction nozzle 1 decides the coordinate position of an X-Y robot 3 in such a way that it is shown in the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction of an image which has been imaged by a component recognition camera 4. By a measurement start key for a component mounting position input part 6, the X-Y robot 3 is moved to decided coordinates in the upper direction. The recognition jig 2 is imaged by the component recognition camera 4, it is shown on an image monitor 5, its image is taken into a recognition controller 9, and the central coordinates of the recognition jig 2 are found by coordinates for the component recognition camera. After that, the recognition jig 2 is moved to a coordinate position in which the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction have been decided, and respective central coordinates are found. On the basis of an obtained result, a computation and processing operation is executed, and a camera scale ratio and an angle of rotation are found.
