PURPOSE: To carry out adjustment for fastening and fixing two flaps optimumly and securely. CONSTITUTION: A fastening and fixing device 1 includes an engaging element 7 to be tightly connected to a first flap, a drawing element 6, and a lever arm 2 connected to a first pivot 3 in a way to turn round adjustably. The first pivot 3 stands between a pair of first wings 4a, 4b projecting from a base 5 connected to a second flap to be fastened and fixed. The back part 8 of the lever arm 2 acts reciprocally with the drawing element 6 to allow the drawing element 6 adjoining to the base to be locked, and then to allow the lever arm 2 to be arranged in the direction of the claw coupling element. The lever arm 2 has a very limited projection. Further, a sub lever 13 which allows the drawing element 6 to be removed rapidly and easily is provided. |
