PURPOSE:To obtain a new sweetened paste to be used mainly in a state embedded in bread, unbaked cake, rice cake and rice dumpling, etc., and prepared by using a seaweed HIJIKI (Hizikia fusiformis) as a main material. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for finely ground HIJIKI paste is used as a main material and a plurality of new foods are added to the material. Concretely, this sweetened paste of HIJIKI is prepared by mixing a tangle material or refined powder of tangle 3 (including tangle extract), butter 4, starch syrup 5 containing honey, sweet potato starch 6 strained with cloth, pumpkin 7 strained with cloth, boiled and finely ground beans 8, ginger juice 9, fine powder of cattle bone 10 for food, a defatted milk or cream cheese 11, a DHA extract oil (docosahexaenoic acid) 13, etc., adding sugar 12 to the mixture and kneading the mixture. |
