Multiple input signal is processed without additional input channel by using DMA or non-DMA method. The analog to digital converter includes a multiplexor (3) for receiving input analog signal with 16 channel single ended input mode and 8 channel differential input mode by using two multiplexors and a dip switch, an amplifier and S/H unit(4) for holding input signal applied to input channel for A/D conversion time, an A/D converter(5) for converting input analog signal to digital signal with 12 bit resolution by using an A/D converter and data buffer, and a DMA bus selector(6) for sending 12-bit digital data to a memory using DMA method via 8-bit or 16-bit bus.
