<p>Novel salts of 2-(2,6-dichloroanilino)phenylacetic acid of the general formula (I) …<IMAGE>… in which Me represents a rubidium or caesium atom, and also a process for the preparation of these salts and pharmaceutical preparations containing these salts are described. The novel salts or the pharmaceutical preparations containing the salts can be employed successfully for the treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic processes and pain conditions.</p>
