The parametric thyristor stabilizer has high efficiency factor. It contains a capacitor charged across a MOS transistor switch. The phase angle of control is produced when the capacitor discharge is compared with reference voltage by a phase MOS comparator. The steepness of the output voltage is amplified by first MOS comparator and by first phase controlling circuit which enables the first MOS transistor switch, enabling a second MOS comparator. The latter actuates a second phase controlling circuit which enables a second MOS transistor switch and equivalent of a thyristor switch across which the capacitor is discharged in the control electrode of the stabilization simistor. The AC voltage is connected to the primary winding of an input transformer. The first and the secondary windings are connected to two-way bridge rectifiers from which liftered positive and negative voltage is secured towards the second anode of the simister. The rectangular pulses are differentiated, rectified and amplified by combined FDO with an amplifying transistor. The positive pulses produced are fed to the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh MOS transistor switch for brinding the circuit in initial position.
