PURPOSE:To eliminate the short-circuiting state of an inverter circuit by effectively preventing the reverse recovery current of a diode when paired switches are switched to each other with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:At the time of turning on one switch 8, a switching signal is outputted from a gate driving circuit 14 and impressed upon the base terminal 6a of a transistor 6 through a snubber circuit 17. At the same time, a turn-off signal is inputted to the transistor 6 of the other switch 9 from the circuit 14. Since the turn-on operation of the switch 8 rises slowly, the turn-on operation is started slightly after the turn-off operation of the switch 9. In addition, since the diode 7 constituting the switch 8 requires reverse recovery time and is set to a turned-off state slightly after a turn-off signal is inputted to the switch 9, such an under undesirable influence as the switching loss, noise to electric equipment, auxiliary equipment, etc., associated with a reverse recovery current can be effectively eliminated. |
