<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device with reliability, which corresponds to the state of a network and the characteristics of terminals through the effective use of the resource of the network by estimating use bands as against paths constituting the network by linear regression analysis from a parameter showing the characteristics from the respective terminals and a parameter showing the state of the present network at the time of setting a call. CONSTITUTION:A path selection circuit 101 obtains the route of the path from an originating terminal to a terminating terminal by using connection information inputted from an input terminal 100 and information of a route selection table 102. Connection information of the paths constituting the network in the path selection circuit 101 is stored in the route selection table 102. A linear regression analysis calculation part 103 calculates the use band when the terminal is added by using linear regression analysis for the respective paths of the route obtained in the path selection circuit 101 from the parameter showing the characteristic of the inputted terminal and the parameter (stored in the route information table 104) showing the state of the network.</p> |
