<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently circulate an electronic mail and to manage a system even if an exception occurs. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment 1 is provided with a circulation plan means 4 which automatically sets the processing time limit of the received electronic mail to the user of the terminal equipment 1 by referring to the circulating route and the circulation end time limit of the received electronic mail, and which makes a user interface supply means 3 urge a processing for the user as the processing time limit comes near, and a user profile reference means 6 referring to the schedule of the other user and data of circulation processing time and transferring data to the circulation plan means 4. Thus, the appropriate electronic mail processing time limit can be transmitted to the user of the terminal equipment 1. Furthermore, an event notice means 7 giving the notice of the generation of an event to the other device through a communication network when the event of a change in the circulating route of the electronic mail, or the sending back of the electronic mail or the branch of the circulating route of the electronic mail occurs in the terminal equipment 1 is provided.</p> |
