PURPOSE:To facilitate a temperature control and a capacity distribution control far a heat storage heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat storage heat exchanger 39 provided in a heat storage tank 35 is connected to a refrigerant circuit equipped with a compressor 25, an outdoor heat exchanger 31, an indoor heat exchanger 33, etc., so that it is in parallel to the indoor heat exchanger 33, and electronic control valves 43 and 47 are provided for a gas-side refrigerant passage 41 and a liquid-side refrigerant passage 45 of the indoor heat exchanger 33 respectively, while electronic control valves 51 and 55 are provided for a gas-side refrigerant passage 49 and a liquid-side refrigerant passage 53 of the heat storage heat exchanger 39 respectively. The refrigerant passage 45 between the indoor heat exchanger 33 and the electronic control valve 47 and the liquid-side refrigerant passage 53 between the heat storage heat exchanger 39 and the electronic control valve 55 are connected by a short-circuiting refrigerant passage 57 and an electronic control valve 59 is provided for this short-circuiting refrigerant passage 57.
