PURPOSE:To reduce a power interrupted section by a power interruption range reduction equipment and a method in a power interruption operation device for a work. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a power interruption range reduction equipment setting means 54 for setting type and installation location, a system expansion means 52 before operation for reflecting the system modification details of other scheduled operations and the power interruption range reduction equipment onto a current power system configuration, a power interruption section setting means 51, and a switcher operation procedure creation means 46 for creating a switching procedure for accommodating load and a power interruption procedure of a section for a group of load side sections from the power interruption section for the set section. Further, a system expansion means 53 after operation for eliminating the set range reduction equipment from the power system configuration, then reflecting the system modification details by operation onto the power system configuration, and further reflecting the range reduction equipment onto the power system configuration again and a switcher operation procedure creation means 47 for creating a transmission procedure and a cut-back procedure for recovering the system on the reflected power system configuration by the system expansion means after operation are provided. |
