<p>PURPOSE: To provide a memory device having a robust metallic part for surely performing mechanical and electrical connection with a reading device. CONSTITUTION: An integrated EEPROM circuit for read and write is incorporated in a power source connected to a first power supply terminal of an IC, in which a hole-shaped contact used for a protection case is incorporated. All are provided on a supporting body 3 fixed to a groove 2 of a metallic part 1, and the metallic part 1 is connected to a second power supply terminal of the IC. The plural IC can be set in the same metallic part for operating multiple functions.</p> |
