<p>PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization with high stability of an output.further with a simple structure by dividing a detecting resistor into many parts in a detection part arranged on a plurality of insulating plate-shaped members, and providing a plurality of also shield electrodes with a space provided. CONSTITUTION:This high voltage generating device is constituted of a detection part 1, detecting resistors 2 to 9, shield electrodes 10 to 14, divider resistors 15 to 18, bias resistor 19, filter circuit 20, filter resistor 21, filter capacitor 23, etc. The detecting resistor in the detection part l is divided into the many detecting resistors 2 to 9 and connected in series. Further in the periphery of these detecting resistors 2 to 9, a plurality of the shield electrodes 10 to 14 are arranged. In an output side of the filter circuit 20, the divider resistors 15 to 18 are connected to a front stage of the bias resistor 19. In a connection point of each divider resistor 15 to 18, a plurality of the shield electrodes 10 to 14 are electrically connected, and potential divided by the divider resistors 15 to 18 is applied to each shield electrode 10 to 14.</p> |
