<p>PURPOSE:To realize smooth operation by projecting a protective board on the inner peripheral side at the recessed surface of a guide facing the reversed inserting part thereby eliminating random winding of the cable. CONSTITUTION:A hinge part 75a is formed at the inner end part of the recessed surface part 75 of a guide 21 and fixed rotatably with a protective board 81. When a flat cable 22 is rewound from the shaft part 56, it is fed along a protruding surface part 74 and strikes against the protective board 81 to be introduced into a reversed inserting part 73. Consequently, the flat cable 22 is prevented from expanding to the inner peripheral side to be kinked and the flat cable is fed smoothly without causing any random winding thus realizing stabilized rotation of the frame part 44 and the shaft part 56.</p> |
