PURPOSE:To prevent the tension variation of insulation paper during normal operation so as to prevent the wrinkling or cutting of the paper by appropriately controlling the drive torque of a motor for driving a take-up shaft in accordance with the variation of the mechanical loss torque of the take-up shaft by accurately recognizing the variation of the mechanical loss torque and correcting the torque. CONSTITUTION:In a insulation paper winding/inserting method in which the tension of the paper is controlled by controlling the drive torque of a motor 12 for a take-up shaft, the temperature of the coil of the motor 12 is detected and the mechanical loss torque of a take-up shaft decided against a reference temperature is corrected against the detected temperature of the coil, and then, compensating the drive torque of the motor 12 based on the corrected mechanical loss torque. |
