PURPOSE:To opening-control an intake passage for making compatibility possible between reduction of intake pulse pressure and ensurance of the maximum flow amount. CONSTITUTION:A radial piston 7 is slidably fit to the inside of the pump housing 1a of a radial piston pump 1, and it is pushed to the periphery of eccentric cam 2a. A pump suction chamber 9 is formed on the outer circumference of the eccentric cam 2a, a reservoir 12 is connected to the pump suction chamber 9 through a passage 10 and a suction passage 11, a valve means 13 is inserted in the suction passage 11, and a throttle part for making opening-control according to a negative pressure in the pump suction chamber 9 is formed on the valve means 13. When fluid is absorbed from the suction passage 11 by performing reciprocating motion of the radial piston 7 in its radial direction so as to discharge the fluid from a discharging passage, the opening of the valve means 13 is reduced in a range where there is the problem of suction pulse pressure so as to reduce the suction pulse pressure, and the opening of the valve means 13 is increased in the other range so as to ensure the maximum flow amount. |
