摘要 PURPOSE:To control the temperature of a catalyst layer in a reaction tube obtained by heating the reaction tube of a fuel reformer with combustion heat of off-gas burned with a burner of fuel reformer by controlling the flow rate of the off-gas from a fuel cell, or controlling in high response the temperature in the outlet of a reformed gas, and recover the exhaust heat of the remaining off-gas. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of the reaction between reformed gas outlet temperature in a reaction tube 4 of a fuel reformer and furnace temperature in a furnace container 2, a catalyst layer temperature controller 44 into which a signal detected temperature from a temperature detector 42 is inputted and a furnace temperature controller 45 into which a signal of detected temperature from a furnace temperature detector 43 is inputted are connected in cascade, and a flow rate control valve 35 is controlled to control the reformed gas outlet temperature to a target value. The remaining off-gas is burned with off-gas from a fuel cell 7 in a catalyst combusor 46 and exhaust heat is recovered by utilizing the exhaust gas.
