PURPOSE:To provide the method and device for system operation trouble analysis which easily specifies the cause of an occurring trouble. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a means 1 which generates 80 input data file 5 having information, a means 2 which outputs trouble information 6 in the case of the existance of a trouble like error, deficiency, or contradictions, a means 3 which acquires the input data file to perform simulation and generates a calculation result data file 9 and outputs trouble information 6 in the case of abnormal termination, and a means 4 which acquires outputted trouble information 6 by a method like communication between a temporary file and a process and analyzes it based on a trouble base and countermeasure estimating knowledge base 7 and presents an estimated countermeasure plan 8 by a method like information file preservation to a picture output and period recording medium. |
