PURPOSE:To provide a electrophoresis device which can fill a sample such as DNA with a highly dense state and can accurately analyze even a small amount of sample. CONSTITUTION:A buffer tank 3 is provided at the upper part of a capillary 1 and a buffer tank 4 is also provided at the lower part of the capillary 1. Electrodes are provided inside the buffer tanks 3 and 4 and a sample can migrate from the upper part to the lover part of the capillary l by applying a specific DC voltage between the electrodes. A conductive part 5 formed by coating conductive metal is provided at the upper-side edge part of the capillary 1 and an electrode 6 is provided close to the upper part of the conductive part 5. The conductive part 5 and the electrode 6 are electrically connected to a power supply 7 where an alternate voltage is applied. |
