PURPOSE:To constitute a reference current generation circuit which has no dependency upon supply voltage and generates a reference current proportional to absolute temperature by controlling the variation of the supply voltage, and generating the reference current proportional to the absolute temperature. CONSTITUTION:An absolute temperature proportional current generating part generates an absolute temperature proportional current proportional to the absolute temperature. A proportional current generating part generates a proportional current proportional to the absolute temperature proportional current. A control part detects the variation of the supply voltage, and controls the proportional current generating part in accordance with the variation of a detected source current. Then, the variation of the supply voltage is controlled in this way, and reference voltage is generated. Thus, a reference voltage generation circuit which has no dependency upon the supply voltage and generates the reference voltage proportional to the absolute temperature can be constituted. |
