APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROL OF FACTORY

PURPOSE: To decide a control form and type and to optimize the process by selecting one model of plural process models and a control means and adjusting the model according to the analysis result of the executed process. CONSTITUTION: A user makes an experiment on a machine 102, predicts process actions based on the result and outputs a series of models from a prediction process model circuit 108. This model output is outputted to an adjuster control circuit 104 from a monitoring control circuit 106 which gives a set target of the machine 102. The control circuit 104 decides the adjustment of a machine set point which is necessary to the target set point accomplishment and sends it to the machine 102. The machine 102 sends an output signal to a monitoring adjustment control circuit 112 and the monitoring control circuit 106 via a mechanical sensor. The control circuit 112 finds the difference between the output of the machine 102 and the prescribed limit, outputs a control signal to the control circuit 104 and adjusts a practical set point of the machine 102. The control circuit 106 adjusts the output of the model circuit 108 according to one of the machine 102.
