<p>PURPOSE:To mitigate a traffic jam by exactly, simply and quickly calculating and collecting toll place charge by opening a gate if a vehicle is a contract vehicle and opening the gate by the operation of a manager when the vehicle is not the contract vehicle or it can not be collated. CONSTITUTION:In an ID signal receiver 6 started by the signal of a vehicle sensor 4, personal data is inputted from the ID signal transmitter 2 of a vehicle. This personal data is transmitted to a central control unit 9. When the vehicle is the one which is already registered, vehicle information and entrance information is made to be stored at the memory address of the personal ID within a storage device 10, a display device 8 is made to perform a display to the effect that a passing is OK, the gate 7 of the entrance of a toll road is opened and a contract vehicle is passed. When a pertinent ID does not exists even if the personal ID is collated by a central controller 9, a collation error signal is returned to the ID signal receiver 6, the gate 7 is opened to allow this vehicle to pass after the personal ID of the vehicle is inputted by operating an ID input device 5 by a clerk at the location of the gate 7.</p> |
