<p>PURPOSE:To carry out central ventilation in an attic space, an underfloor space and a dwelling space by utilizing solar thermal energy. CONSTITUTION:Outdoor air obtained by a heat exchanger 18 is supplied to a space 4 in a solar heat collector, and air alpha heated in the space 4 is emitted in an underfloor space 3 where a heat reserving member 23 is arrangedly provided, and circulated into an indoor space and an attic space 1, or a heat carrier heated in the space 4 in the solar heat collector such as water and nonfreezing solution is circulated into a concrete layer 38 provided in an underfloor area to heat the air alpha in an underfloor space 3 for causing the free convection of the air, and air cycle is therefore formed to make the underfloor space 3 and a dwelling space 2 severally communicate with the outside through the heat exchanger 18. Thus the air alpha contaminated in the dwelling space 2 and the air in the attic space 1 are exhausted outside through the heat exchanger 38 to improve the dwelling comfortableness of a building, and moreover a building frame and a substrate are made to last long, and the occurrence of a tick and mold can be controlled. In addition, the solar heat collector equipped with a inspection port 14 is arranged in the attic space 1 of the building to improve the beautifulness of the building and to simplify its maintenance.</p> |
