<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production controller predicting the abnormality of an equipment caused by plural factors to alarm. CONSTITUTION:The controller compares equipment information and an alarm value at the time of the abnormality of the equipment so as to predict equipment information near this alarm value to be the factor at the time of the abnormality of the equipment by a factor arithmetic part 23 at the time of the abnormality of the equipment. Then, the device generates a characteristic value function concerning the alarm value setting equipment information being the predicted factor to be a parameter by a factor function setting part 21, and calculates the value of equipment information at the time of abnormality of the equipment from the characteristic value function so as to set the calculated equipment information to be a new alarm value.</p> |
