摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the potential difference between an input and an output and to reduce the size of the driving circuit of the active matrix type liquid crystal display device by using not a source follower circuit but an analog buffer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The differential circuit consisting of P channel TFTs 104 and 105 and the current mirror circuit consisting of N channel TFTs 106 and 107 are used to constitute the analog buffer circuit. This analog buffer circuit is used instead of a conventional source follower circuit to constitute the driving circuit of the active matrix type liquid crystal display device.</p> |
