摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the reinforcing effect of an aluminum-based bearing alloy layer by an intermediate adhesive layer and improve the fatigue resistance of the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum-based alloy bearing 1 is formed of a back plate layer 2, an intermediate adhesive layer 3, and an aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4. The hardness of the intermediate adhesive layer 3 is a Vickers hardness of 25 or more, and the thickness of the intermediate adhesive layer 3 is set 0.5 times or more and 0.9 times or less the total thickness of the thickness of the intermediate adhesive layer 3 and the thickness of the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4. Thus, the reinforcing effect of the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4 by the intermediate adhesive layer 3 is enhanced, and the fatigue resistance is improved.
