PURPOSE:To prepare an accurate report slip matched with an actual processing date by eliminating the omission of the slip by a closed day. CONSTITUTION:Data are inputted by a keyboard 1 and a screen 2, the check of the data and an arithmetic operation are performed in a CPU 3 and storage in the result file 4-1 of a disk 4 is performed. At the time of closing a job, the report slip 6 is outputted from the result file 4-1 and a slip date is stored in the slip date information part 5-1 of a nonvolatile memory 5. At the time of starting a computer, the slip date information part 5-1 and a system date 3-1 are compared and whether or not the closed day is present during the time is judged. When the closed day is present, the report slips 6 of all the closed clays are automatically outputted. Thereafter, the processing of the computer is shifted to the starting of the job of the day. |
